Beginning Lyra Sequencing

This beginner-intermediate level class builds on skills learned throughout the beginning classes. We look at creative sequencing to really understand the lyra fundamentals. Bring-Your-Own-Apparatus requested! Each student will have a dedicated rig point.


Circus Workout Online

Circus Workout is a new fitness class that combines dance, dynamic movement, strength building and flexibility. Anna has been developing this class with another company and is bringing it to Anna Belle Aerial!

Floorial ONLINE

Floorial is back! Explore aerial theory from the comfort of your home! All you need is long piece of fabric, such as bed sheet, scarf, beach towel, etc.

Get Bent In Person

Learn about strength and flexibility designed specifically to help you master those bendy tricks in the air! Not a yoga class this class is much more circus influenced. Students are asked to bring their own yoga mats and other materials. Recommended items to have for class are 1) Strap 2) Floor Slider 3) Hands weights 4) yoga block 5) wooden dowel.

Intermediate Lyra

This intermediate-advanced level class builds on skills learned in the beginning classes. We look at more creative sequencing and dynamic movements. You will learn twists and drops. You will begin building your beat game. And you'll have more opportunities to create your own sequences and make your own aerial discoveries! Bring-Your-Own-Apparatus requested! Each student will have a dedicated rig point.


Intro to Silks

This class is perfect for the absolute beginner! Start elevating your workout by building strength and awareness using the fabrics and start putting together fun little sequences of intro-level tricks.

Kids Who Fly Online

Kids Who Fly is a new online class for our young flyers (recommended 5-10) to stay connected to our coaches and get a good workout! Each class will have a different theme and students will engage in an innovative workout.

Lyra: Hang in There

If you feel like you struggle holding your weight in the air, or that you want to increase overall strength, this class is for you! Want to hang by your toes? By your elbow? By your neck? In this class we will learn technique for intermediate and advanced hangs. Build strength flexibility and pain tolerance for those stunning hangs as we create different entries and exits.

Mixed Level Aerial Silks

Elevate your silk skills in Anna's mixed level class! With a focus on movement quality and clean technique, we'll learn to climb, flip, and create beautiful poses in the air. Mixed Level targets different levels of the same skills so everyone in class can have a great time.
